The calculator itself collects nothing — all inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers.
If you submit your email address for the scholar-check waitlist or PDF delivery, we store that email address and the date submitted.
What we do not collect
- Your financial data (calculator inputs)
- Your name (unless you voluntarily provide it for a PDF)
- Your location beyond what your browser sends to any website
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics or Plausible). No third-party tracking cookies are set by the analytics provider.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense on guide and blog pages. AdSense may set cookies. A cookie consent banner is displayed in accordance with ICO guidance and IAB TCF v2.2 for ad personalisation.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form.
Data retention
Email addresses collected for the waitlist are held until the service launches or for a maximum of 24 months, whichever is shorter.
